Program and Project Management: Plans, manages and evaluates specific activities in order to deliver the desired outputs.
Serves as the manager-on-duty and back-up manager-on-duty as required by assigned property(ies).
Performs back-up duties for other Property Managers as requested.
Monitors performance of security guards and/or coordinate security issues with MPHA Regional Property Managers (Glendale only).

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor tenant leases and ensure timely rent payments.
• Handle tenant complaints and disputes.
• Negotiate and execute leases.
• Prepare and review financial statements and budgets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure safety and security of the property.
• Monitor and enforce tenant compliance with lease terms.
Job Skills Required
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
