What is BILINGUAL PARAEDUCATOR Skills Required?

• Fluency in both English and the target language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Patience and understanding
• Ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of special education and/or classroom management

What is BILINGUAL PARAEDUCATOR Qualifications?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred
• Bilingual certification or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children in a school setting

What is BILINGUAL PARAEDUCATOR Knowledge?

• Knowledge of special education and/or classroom management
• Knowledge of the target language
• Knowledge of the educational system

What is BILINGUAL PARAEDUCATOR Experience?

• Previous experience working with children in a school setting
• Previous experience working with bilingual students

What is BILINGUAL PARAEDUCATOR Responsibilities?

• Assist teachers in providing instruction to bilingual students
• Translate materials and documents into the target language
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management
• Assist with the development of individualized education plans
• Assist with the implementation of accommodations and modifications
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Provide support to students in the target language
