Bilingual Distribution Department Manager Jobs

Working with members of management to determine if associates need additional training and feedback in their role.

Assist in the training and development of associates in the department.

Assist associates in the department with completing assigned tasks so that all deadlines are met.

Assist with creating associate work schedules to ensure that there is adequate coverage in the department.

Three (3) or more years of management experience in a high volume, automated distribution environment, or educational equivalent

Completing all responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Coordinate and manage the receipt of merchandise including scheduling, unloading, and checking.

Coordinate and manage the movement of merchandise.

Solid knowledge of distribution center practices and procedures

Strong organizational and communication skills
