Bilingual Benefits Specialist Jobs

Develops procedures to effectively manage and maintain inventory

Oversee and manage the inventory storage space in the warehouse to ensure sufficient space to store new product shipments

Ensure ERP data and technologies to manage and update their inventory records are correct

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail

At least five years of experience in related area required

Assists with management of benefits Platform to ensure accuracy and maintenance of multiple plans set up.

Manages benefits inquires, complaints and issues to ensure quick, equitable and courteous resolution.

5-7 + years’ experience Human Resources, Benefits Administration

Collaborates with Payroll, Accounting and Legal Departments to ensure proper deductions and withholdings for employee benefits and/or related taxes.

Works closely with vendors for benefits programs administration.

Experience with Paycom and/or other HRIS / BAS systems

Must have knowledge of employee benefits, COBRA and other federal/regulatory requirements

Escalate to Account Manager or Pod Manager when knowledge base or tools are insufficient to satisfy inquiries

Properly utilize knowledge base to research and provide responses in an efficient and timely manner

Effective communication skills via telephone, email and in-person

Assumes other duties as assigned by Manager
