Behavioral Research Scientist Jobs

Familiarity and experience with IRB regulatory requirements preferred.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in behavioral program or research required.

Knowledge of research regulations preferred.

Promotes the ethical conduct of research by actively participating in research related educational

Good clinical practices documentation required.

Conducts study start-up activities and prepares and maintains all regulatory documents required by sponsor and/or regulatory agencies.

Assists in the coordination with staff and outside agencies to obtain data; designs, organizes and develops research plans and evaluation designs.

Advises administrators of research findings and/or procedures; prepares narrative reports of findings with valid conclusions, projects program impacts, and predicts trends.

Work closely with product managers, marketers, designers, and engineers

Experience with experimental and quasi-experimental design and analysis

Strong informal and formal communication skills. A cross-functional collaborator.

Combine behavioral science theory with advanced research designs and statistical methods to investigate and tackle ambitious business and customer problems

Lead quantitative research through the entire research cycle (e.g. ideation, design, analysis, dissemination)

Present actionable findings, engage partners in research, and influence them to take action

Interface with military customers and consumers to meet their requirements and assist in implementation of research findings and products.

Demonstrated Strong Client Communication skills.

Working knowledge of MS Office.

Conduct research using behavioral science principles, methodologies, and technologies in an applied governmental setting.

Code text data with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Perform literature reviews, collect field data through interviews and focus groups, and perform data coding from text documents.
