Behavioral Insights Fraud Data Analyst Jobs in Missouri

2+ years relevant experience independently analyzing large scale datasets, executing quantitative research, and using data to formulate business insights

Expertise in data querying and manipulation in SQL and Excel; experience with Jupyter is a plus

Experience building slide presentations in Google Slides/PPT; demonstrated interest in data visualization is a plus

Track record of operating independently, demonstrating data-backed storytelling skills, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized yet engaging manner

Experience in the digital space, social media, or advertising industry a plus

As a complement to first party data findings, analyze third party syndicated data sources (comScore, Global WebIndex, Mintel) for industry perspectives

Showcase strong time-management skills to maintain or exceed expected daily workloads, lead the team by example

Using deep analytical talent, identify areas of opportunity within the ecosystem to apply financial management and fraud prevention best practices

Manage individual performance and provide ongoing insight and coaching

Demonstrated depth of knowledge in the realm of financial services

Previous experience identifying opportunities to update, revise or implement rules and/or controls to mitigate fraud/inauthentic activity.

Prior leadership experience managing a team of high performing fraud analysts, including coaching and development

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

Leverage industry experience and expertise to analyze existing risks within product offerings that require a high level of attention to detail

Respond promptly to internal business partners and exercise exceptional communication skills to optimize each contact

3+ years experience in risk and/or fraud detection in financial services or technology

Exceptional writing, communication, and editing skills

Technical or procedural writing experience is a plus
