Detailed Job Description A Behavioral Health Associate is responsible for providing direct care to individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. This includes providing individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services. They also provide education and support to families and caregivers, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. Behavioral Health Associates must be able to assess clients’ needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress. Job Skills Required
