Behavior Health Program Manager Jobs in California

Reviews and evaluates plans, manuals, policies and procedures while conducting field visits to monitor quality assurance in the programs

Responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling staff

Maintains client files and facility file(s) as specified in California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 17 Chapter 3, Subchapter 4,

Participates in Individual Program Plan, Transition and Interdisciplinary (ID) team meetings

Obtains medical and dental evaluations, emergency care, and follow physician's orders for consumers, as needed

Audits all internal programs daily. This includes, but is not limited to employee time keeping

Excellent computer skills for EHR and Microsoft Windows

4-7 years related experience and/or training as a behavior health provider, or other integrated behavior health system

1-3 years experience leading training, supervision of other behavior health providers

Experience in sexual and reproductive health care preferred

English, Spanish bilingual skills desirable

Develops standards of care, protocols, and policies for mental health providers
