Baylor Rn Home Health Admissions Jobs in Florida

A minimum of six months of recent medical experience

Bachelor's degree and a license to practice nursing in the state required

Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time

Must be able to push, pull, reach, and bend frequently.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual Preferred. Electronic medical record software experience a plus.

Actively markets, through education, the hospice concept to all health care professionals and providers, as well as the community at large.

1 year medical surgical experience preferred

Must possess ability to assess physical and psychosocial needs of patient and family. Hospice experience highly desirable.

Ability to develop and apply effective customer service skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
