Bartenders and waitresses are responsible for providing excellent customer service in a restaurant or bar setting. They must be able to take orders, serve drinks, and provide food and beverage service to customers. Bartenders and waitresses must also be able to handle cash and credit card transactions, and be knowledgeable about the menu and drinks available.
