The Barista Assistant Manager is also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the quality of the coffee and other beverages served, and ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards are met. The Barista Assistant Manager is also responsible for training and supervising barista staff, scheduling shifts, and monitoring inventory. The Barista Assistant Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are accurate and served in a timely manner.
