Pie line workers performing various line positions

Feeding dough, pans or flour

Inspecting and reworking pies to meet quality standards produced by the line

Stocking supplies to the line

Packing and racking pies, and

Assisting with other duties as assigned

Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of supervisor/management

Additional Requirements – Internal candidates:

Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job

Preparing breads, cakes, donuts and other pastries, including icings and frostings, according to established recipes

Operating mixers, bread slicer, ovens and proof boxes

Constantly cleaning work area and equipment following company safety and sanitation guidelines

Part Time and Full Time Positions

Weekly paychecks and paid holidays at 2x pay for all hours worked.

Complete annual safety refresher training requirements.

Previous experience in similar production line duties at a large commercial bakery is a plus.
