Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:

Implements and drives, Lean culture with special focus on SMED, quick change over studies and implementation, and waste management.

Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma green belt, Quick Changeover experience qualifications highly helpful.

HACCP certification, and experience working with USDA highly helpful.

Must have the ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals and percentages and have basic computer skills.

Accountable and Reports to: Vice President, Bakery; Plant Manager

$16.00 - $19.00; commensurate with education and experience.

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience with Epic (or other electronic medical records systems).

Prepares patient records for clinical genetic testing and research testing.

Facilitates sample collection (blood, saliva, etc.) and prepares the genetic testing kit for shipping.

Works closely with various laboratories during the pre-authorization process. Executes requests for primary care physician’s medical necessity letters.

For OPS: High school diploma or equivalent. Data Entry experience.

Experience inputting a high volume of data into a database/spreadsheet

Comfortable learning new processes and programs.

Ability to work independently and perform repetitious tasks.

$13.00 to $15.00 per hour

Cleaning, stripping, scrubbing and disinfecting stalls, hallways and procedure areas.

Loading, transporting and unloading shavings, waste material, feed and hay carts.

Assist in maintaining supply inventory and replenishing stock.

Assist in handling and disposal of trash, biowaste and hazardous material.

Utilize chemical cleaning and disinfection agents in a safe manner.

Assist Veterinary Technician staff with feeding, grooming, restraining and exercising patients.

Certain eligibility requirements must be satisfied

Bake, produce and package baked goods

Provide incredible service and answer customer questions in a timely manner

Ensure fresh and appealing aisles and cases by keeping them clean and well-stocked

May unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory

Premium pay on Sundays and holidays

Demonstrate good conflict management skills

Perform other duties as requested or required by upper management

Ability to work and communicate with all levels of management and subordinates in a professional manner

Must maintain Certified Food Safety Manager certification

Demonstrate effective leadership skills by managing time and delegation

Collaborate with Department Manager for meetings with the department leadership team to effectively plan production and promotion goals
