Works closely with: President, Vice President, Operations Manager, American Advertising Awards Committee, Volunteers, BoardMembers, Vendors, Show Sponsors.
Manage budgets, review contracts, maintain invoicing spreadsheet and work with accountants to pay all competition- and show-related invoices on time.
Work with Committee Lead to manage Hanging Day activities.
Two years relevant experience, preferably managing budgets, events, complex long-term projects and cross-functional teams of volunteers.
Demonstrated general computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required.
