Greets customers courteously and professionally.

Performs necessary mechanical repairs and/or installation of parts as required (following guidelines set forth by manufacturers).

Treats all customers with respect and dignity.

Follows up and follows through on unresolved customer issues.

Visually inspect and maintains all equipment for efficiency and safety.

Charges customers accurately within the scope of authorization, honoring warranty contracted rates.

3 – 5 years prior experience on aircraft maintenance.

2 years turbine aircraft experience.

FAA paperwork, work order and billing process experience.

Troubleshooting and evaluation of systems on the aircraft when designated.

Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components when designated.

Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

3 – 5 years prior experience on aircraft maintenance.
