3+ years of business or financial analysis experience

Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

2+ years of experience as an analyst or engineer in the data/statistical/BI space.

Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.

Report back to Universal Nissan – Hyundai & Genesis sales upper management.

Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.

Manage BDC associates within a centralized BDC to ensure they have the tools to be successful.

Manage and follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.

Manage employee's workflows and schedules.
