Must be able to interpret engineering process sheets and apply paint layers to the requirements

Understand and troubleshoot fluid delivery systems

Demonstrate application with understanding the science of appearance

Remain in assigned work area unless otherwise requested to support another zone

Complete all shift communications before end of shift, i.e. Communication emails, Paint schedule changes, and Equipment repair

Perform QC checks including dehydration checks, colorimeter, wavescan, PELT, and elcometer

Experience with Maximo or similar computerized maintenance management system.

Transferring knowledge of equipment capabilities and operational techniques to operators, engineering, and maintenance.

Minimum 2 Years of Automation experience

Must satisfy background check and drug screening requirements.

Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.

Experience in instrumentation, PLC and/or HMI programming.

Wiring, networking and operating computer programs within an industrial/manufacturing environment

Bolting brackets, and basic hand tool usage

Collaborate with quality engineers to communicate time periods of failure of the system

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education or Equivalent Experience: 2-year technical degree.

Knowledge of quality systems requirements, FDA Quality System Regulation, cGMP and ISO 9002.

2 years of experience in related industry.

Experience in medical device industry or other regulated industry.

Logically troubleshoots and repairs the pilot assembly line and related bench top equipment.

Initiate Management of Change requests for proposed changes to equipment, instrumentation, and programs

3+ years of automation experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred

5+ years’ experience in the automation field

Experience with communication equipment (Cell Modems, Radios, Network Switches, etc...)

Experience with Allen Bradley, Automation Direct, ABB, SCADAPack, Redlion, ROC (i.e., PLC's, HMI's, drives, etc.)

Lead with a focus on safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance and actively participate in Safety Action Plans

Five plus years of work experience in a troubleshooting or mechanical role in a highly automated manufacturing operation

Pharmaceutical experience is a plus

Demonstrated knowledge of controls and control systems to include SCADA and PLC

Demonstrated effective work planning skills

Troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment as an SME in both the support of engineering projects and the manufacturing production floor

Properly resourcing and utilizing manuals, SOPs, specifications, and other workplace aids

Collaborate with the automation team in the qualification process of automated systems.

Performs calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals and schedules.

Experience with material handling, automation and/or robotics equipment

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Maintain continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying automation/robotic system components

Certificate of Qualification or Certificate in a related field or equivalent working experience.

Minimum requirement of five years’ experience in CNC and robotic repair/ programming.

Work with program managers and project engineers at the APQP stage of a program start-up.

Work within IATF procedures and requirements.

Electronics Technician/Technologist Certificate, Electrician Qualification or equivalent.

Knowledge acquired through 1-3 years of work experience

High school diploma or GED; 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school

2+ years maintenance experience in a production, facility, or automation environment

2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering

Pay Range: $24.40 - $30.50, depending on experience

8-10 years of experience as an Automation Technician or in a similar role.

Experience working with AB PLCs, Studio 5000, HMI, VFD's, Servo, Sensors, Instrumentation, and industrial control systems.

Working knowledge of hand and power tools.

Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under stressful situations.

Able to read one-line diagrams, P&ID, blueprints, and schematics.

Must be able to use a computer and associated software programs.
