Overview An Auto Collector is responsible for collecting payments from customers who have purchased vehicles. They are responsible for ensuring that all payments are received in a timely manner and that all customer accounts are kept up to date. They may also be responsible for providing customer service and resolving customer disputes. Detailed Job Description The Auto Collector is responsible for collecting payments from customers who have purchased vehicles. This includes contacting customers via phone, email, or mail to remind them of their payment due date and to ensure that all payments are received in a timely manner. The Auto Collector is also responsible for maintaining customer accounts and ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up to date. They may also be responsible for providing customer service and resolving customer disputes. Job Skills Required
