Create talent pipelines for high demand positions and manage relationships with qualified candidates.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years leadership experience either directly managing a recruiting team or in a recruiting operations role
Demonstrated experience utilizing Applicant Tracking systems & sourcing tools (Workday ATS preferred but not required)

Proven success in time management, organization, and follow-up skills, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, often with conflicting deadlines
Develop and enhance established and new relationships with diverse educational institutions, alumni networks, professional associations, and other talent pipeline networks
High School diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience sourcing qualified talent using a variety of sources
Proven knowledge of basic Human Resources principles and practices 
Demonstrated experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
