Athletic Event Staff Jobs

Assist home event management coordinator.

Manage scoreboards, timers, scorekeeping, etc.

Ensure safety of all participants during home athletic events.

Maintain cleanliness of athletic venues.

Assist with set-up/tear down for athletic event.

Retrieve balls and return balls to playing surface.

Oversees the scheduling and management of Musco lightning

Responsible for home game management and supervision of custodial and security personnel assigned to facilities as assigned for intercollegiate athletics

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or similar field

Ensures all paperwork for ProCard and budget responsibilities are submitted in a timely fashion as requested by the Director of Athletics

Ascertains requirements for non-college sponsored events and provide necessary support and accounting services

Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Unofficial transcripts are required for all Adjunct faculty and Faculty positions.

Strong written and verbal skills and a working knowledge of various computer applications.
