Create or interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, formulas, or blueprints for management or engineering staff.

1-2 years of Related Experience

Develop manufacturing infrastructure to integrate or deploy new manufacturing processes.

Calibrate or adjust equipment to ensure quality production, using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, protractors, or ring gauges.

Develop production, inventory, or quality assurance programs.

Analyze, estimate, or report production costs.

Knowledge of information systems service management / service control processes and methodologies

Knowledge and understanding of information systems technology areas

Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and iOS

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications

Good verbal and written communication skills coupled with solid interpersonal skills

Experience in a support desk role within an ICT service provider or contact centre environment.

Assists in the management of asset Lifecyle activities.

Performs desktop software license management and inventory control.

Takes initial telephone or email inquiries and troubleshoot and manage hardware, software or network problems with users.

Acts as communication coordinator and situation manager during any critical incidents call bridge events.

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Technical knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and networking.

Product knowledge of relevant industry and basic ITIL skills preferred.
