Associate Product Quality Analyst Jobs

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

Highly experienced in cGMP, particularly the following Quality Systems: Deviations, Change Control, CAPA, Process Validation, and Raw Material Qualification.

Ability to identify critical project paths, identify projects risks and escalate those risks to management as needed

Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that product meets required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.

Manages and supports interactions with external Quality colleagues

10+ years of cGMP Quality experience

0 - 3 years’ experience of product management experience.

Manage the complete product lifecycle process, alongside the Global Product Manager, from concept to delivery.

Develop and implement relevant marketing collateral, point-of-purchase displays, advertising materials and web content to promote your managed product portfolio.

BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field required.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Demonstrated problem solving, research, and analytical skills.

Become a product expert in the Mosaic platform and manage and own support requests

Primary responsibility is to manage incoming tickets and prioritize accordingly

Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses, and overall customer experience

Actively manage support tickets and provide status updates to customers

Contribute to our internal and external knowledge base and to internal processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set

Have Knowledge and experience in product catalog processing and product lifecycle management and systems

Have Knowledge and experience in Atlassian suite (JIRA and Confluence)

Have good interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. (complex pivot tables, formulas, basic macros)

Have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Understanding Akamai internal systems, data sources, and processes

Analyzing data from Akamai Product Catalog and related systems to identify issues or gaps

2. Develop management reports detailing the review process findings as well as trending/analysis reports

0-1 years of relevant subject matter experience in the area of specialization

Experience in claims and/or inquiry processing or equivalent experience in quality

Experience with Microsoft Office Products

Proficiency with reporting and analytical software tools and a strong knowledge of systems utilized throughout the company Operations Division

Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

3 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, or product manager for a digital product

Analyze merchant and consumer workflows; provide recommendations to improve product offerings

Customer-centric; thinks about solutions from the user experience perspective first and foremost

Strong business and financial acumen; experience working with data analysis and discovery

Experience working in an agile environment, with teams building user-facing software applications

Management of batch disposition team members.

Seven (7) years of experience in quality and/or regulatory in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Experience working with third-party contract manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Demonstrated experience in successfully influencing others outside the incumbent’s department.

Specific vision requirements include reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen frequently.
