Experience in early discovery in a CRISPR-based gene and cell therapy company is highly preferred.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ongoing professional development, including manager training

Access to LinkedIn Learning, a self-guided online education platform

Extensive experience with mass spectrometry technology, particularly with LCMS targeted, absolute quantitation, assay method development and LC-MS/MS interpretation

Demonstrated track record of good decision-making, attention to detail and organizational skills

Development and validation of absolute quantitative LC-MS methods for small molecule metabolites in a regulated environment in support of metabolomics-driven tests

Analysis of client samples using validated/qualified bioanalytical methodology

Develop and perform sample preparation techniques for LC-MS analysis

LC-MS operation and troubleshooting, serving as the technical expert for existing LC/MS methods
