Communicates merchandise shipment concerns to management

May do managerial overrides and voids when management is not available

Appropriate and effective interaction with staff, management, volunteers and the public

May include other duties as assigned by management.

One year retail experience required

Responsible for ensuring compliance with global and local training requirements.

Manage the electronic training system and training assignments within the facility.

Manage the overall global training and development calendar.

Manage internal and external partners and suppliers, along with training and development budgets related to specific initiatives.

Develop, customize, manage, and implement online learning curriculum.

Bachelor's degree required. Preference in Adult Education, Instructional Design or Human Resources.

Detail oriented, with strong organizational, auditing, and time management skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office products; proficient data entry skill set

Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Prior experience in the mortgage industry, as well as an understanding of mortgage documents preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
