Overview An Associate Desktop Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to end users in a corporate environment. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining computer systems, and providing technical assistance to users. Detailed Job Description The Associate Desktop Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to end users in a corporate environment. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining computer systems, and providing technical assistance to users. The Associate Desktop Analyst will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software applications. The Associate Desktop Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining and updating documentation related to computer systems and software applications. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with users

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in a technical support role
• A+ certification or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification or equivalent
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of remote access technologies
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in a technical support role
• Experience in a corporate environment
• Experience in providing technical assistance to users
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Job Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to end users in a corporate environment
