Associate Clinical Research Specialist Jobs in Arizona

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field, nursing qualification, or relevant experience

Prior experience in the conduct of clinical research, including ICH-GCP requirements, drug/device development process, regulatory compliance, study start-up, or study coordination

Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Trial Manager

Minimum of 3 years of clinical trial monitoring experience as a CRA

Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Study Nurse, or Site Director (preferred)

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing.

Perform site qualification, initiation, and close-out visits, including site selection, site initiation, and site closure.

Identify and escalate study issues to the appropriate stakeholders, including the clinical project manager, medical monitor, and regulatory affairs.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRA in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry or academic space

Experience in oncology and solid tumors is required.
