Job Description of Associate Buyer R The Associate Buyer R is responsible for managing the purchasing and procurement of goods and services for the company. This position requires a strong understanding of the purchasing process, supplier management, and negotiation skills. The Associate Buyer R will be responsible for researching and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes
• Ability to research and select vendors
• Negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of industry trends and regulations
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and procurement
• Knowledge of purchasing and procurement software
• Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) certification preferred
