One year of housing/real estate/property management experience preferred and may be substituted for one year of direct service experience.

Create and maintain presence as an expert in housing provision and management services for BACS internally and in the community.

Provide tenant education and housing counseling.

Transition participants from BACS financial supports to public support (if applicable); manage disputes, provide rehabilitative support, and resolve conflict.

Possesses influencing/negotiating skills and excellent oral and written communication.

Possesses problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills.

Five or more years of experience in the funeral industry or applicable discipline, with progressively increased responsibilities.

Twelve (12) hours of college coursework in Finance & Accounting required.

Two years of experience supervising and effectively managing budgets and expenses.

Two years’ experience supervising and effectively managing budgets and expenses in the funeral industry.

A minimum of 7 years full time work experience at a funeral home as both a funeral director and embalmer.

Master’s degree in business, science, psychology, or related field required.

One month of modeling experience.

Prior nude modeling experience preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

Manage two or more specific project initiatives/objectives simultaneously. Provide overall direction and administration of his/her project-based operation(s).

Coordinate efforts, under the direction of the Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager for project completion by predetermined deadline.

Assist the Project Manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFPs, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.

Attend and support Project Manager and/or attend individually and represent TrueNet at client meetings.

Effectively communicate project planning, timelines, progress and critical path issues to program management leaders.

Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, peers, et al.

Manage scope creep through client change orders and internal change orders as required.

2+ years of project coordinating experience required. 5+ years' experience as a Sr. Administrative Assistant may be substituted.

1+ years drafting/design experience preferred.
