General knowledge of budget preparation and fiscal management

Knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines governing the recruitment, academic eligibility requirements, and retention of student-athletes

Evaluate prospective student-athletes, and analyze and determine their abilities and whether they may succeed athletically and academically at Georgetown

Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the game of lacrosse

Knowledge of athletics recruitment methods and techniques

Two (2) years-experience coaching soccer.

Prior NCAA DII coaching experience.

Developing a program that will be competitive in the Pacific West Conference.

Successfully recruiting and retaining academically and athletically motivated student athletes who will have a positive impact on the program and campus.

Planning, scheduling and conducting team practices and workouts.

Preparing annual (conference and non-conference) schedules for submission to the Director of Athletics.
