• Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary
• Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns
• Manage store budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales
• Ensure store security and safety
