The Assistant to the Provost is a key member of the Provost’s Office and is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Provost and other senior staff. The Assistant to the Provost is expected to be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Detailed Job Description:

The Assistant to the Provost is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Provost and other senior staff. This includes but is not limited to:

• Managing the Provost’s calendar and scheduling meetings
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Assisting with budget preparation and tracking
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Assisting with special projects
• Performing other duties as assigned
