Assistant Park Superintendent Jobs in Oregon

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Construction Management is preferred but not required.

Manage a community for short periods if the Construction Superintendent is absent.

Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control.

Effective with managers and employees at all levels.

Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with diverse personalities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
