Overview The Assistant Office Director is responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Director and other staff members. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The Assistant Office Director is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Office Director is responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Director and other staff members. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining records, and providing general office support. The Assistant Office Director is also responsible for managing the office budget, ordering supplies, and coordinating office activities. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of office management procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
