Experience with standard wood manufacturing equipment

Ability to kneel, lift, bend, twist and push in the normal course of work

Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours

Maintain records to comply with regulatory requirements utilizing current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and SOPs

Knowledge of anaerobic microbiological techniques and SIP & CIP of process equipment, a plus

Strong attention to detail and strong experience in aseptic techniques, required

Setup, operating, and tear down of large scale fermentors including monitoring of in-process fermentation parameters

Ensure batch records are filled out accurately and completely according to cGMP guidelines

Weigh out chemicals and nutrients to prepare medium and/or buffer solutions following detailed instructions

Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Performs data entry associated with component production, labeling, storage and shipping ensuring accurate and complete manufacturing records

Skill in operating office equipment

Manufactures, stores and distributes blood and blood products

Operates, maintains and performs quality control checks on equipment

Ensures suitability and accurate labeling of products for release and distribution

Knowledge of CGMP and CFR requirements preferred but not required

Complete training and demonstrate competency on Assistant Manufacturing Associate qualification blocks in accordance with the training progression pathway

Independently operate labeling equipment with minimal supervision (Qualification)

0–1-year experience working in a CGMP environment

Execute and document procedural steps in compliance with CGMP standards, clean room behavior and Standard Operating Procedures

Stock gowning and consumable supplies in the controlled areas maintaining Kanban inventory control of manufacturing materials
