Overview The Assistant Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Superintendent in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. This includes ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The Assistant Maintenance Superintendent will also be responsible for providing technical support to the Maintenance Superintendent and other personnel in the department. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Maintenance Superintendent will be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Superintendent in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. This includes ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
