Overview Assistant General Superintendents are responsible for providing support to the General Superintendent in the management of a construction project. They are responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, as well as ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. They are also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with subcontractors. Detailed Job Description Assistant General Superintendents are responsible for providing support to the General Superintendent in the management of a construction project. They are responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, as well as ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. They are also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with subcontractors. They must also ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time and in good condition. Additionally, they must ensure that all subcontractors are following the project specifications and that all safety regulations are being followed. • Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Knowledge of local building codes
• Knowledge of construction scheduling software
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
