Overview Assistant Football Coach is a position responsible for assisting the Head Football Coach in all aspects of the football program. This includes helping to develop and implement strategies, game plans, and practice plans, as well as helping to recruit and train players. Detailed Job Description Assistant Football Coaches are responsible for assisting the Head Football Coach in all aspects of the football program. This includes helping to develop and implement strategies, game plans, and practice plans, as well as helping to recruit and train players. Assistant Football Coaches must have a thorough knowledge of the rules and regulations of the sport, as well as the ability to motivate and lead players. They must also be able to communicate effectively with players, coaches, and administrators. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in physical education, sports management, or a related field
• Previous coaching experience at the high school or college level
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Valid driver’s license
