They help to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. They assist with lesson planning, classroom management, and providing guidance to children. They also help to ensure that the classroom is clean and organized. They may also be responsible for helping to prepare snacks and meals for the children. Job Skills Required

• Ability to work with children of all ages

• Knowledge of early childhood development
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Child Development Associate (CDA) certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of early childhood development
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques
• Knowledge of child safety and health regulations
Job Experience
• Previous experience working with children
• Previous experience in a childcare or early childhood education setting
