Assist with the management and renewal of benefits and distribution of benefits notifications and materials
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Manage communications with office vendors and service providers, such as insurance, IT, phones, etc
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Assist with onboarding new hires and employee transitions, including managing benefits paperwork and changes.
Track and manage time off requests and earned time accrual
