The RN Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing staff. This includes providing guidance and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring that the nursing staff is providing quality care to patients, and ensuring that the nursing staff is following all applicable regulations and standards. The RN Assistant Director of Nursing is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to nursing care, as well as developing and implementing educational programs for the nursing staff.
