Assistant Director For Leadership Education Jobs

Assist with RSO leadership including, content management such as applicable handbooks and learning management systems, leadership transition, and executive board transitions

Knowledge and/or experience with planning, implementing, and assessing student programs required.

Demonstrated experience providing LGBTQ+ education within a religious context

Demonstrated experience in working with content related to mental health education, sexual violence prevention education, and/or LGBTQ+ student services

Create tailored educational campaigns for underrepresented student populations, including international students, students of color, LGBTQ+ student populations, etc.

Manage the LGBTQ+ and Allied Student Lounge

Work with campus administrators and faculty to recruit and retain students with an education focus

Train peer mentors to support first- and second-year undergraduates working towards an education

Serve as chair of the LSUA School of Education Scholarship Committee

Manage the budget and direct the expenditures to ensure compliance

Previous supervisory experience (typically 1-3 years) including experience supervising student and/or secretarial staff.

Experience serving in an on-call duty rotation at the collegiate level.
