Detailed Job Description The Assistant Director of Health Services is responsible for the overall management of health services in a healthcare setting. This includes overseeing the delivery of quality patient care, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for managing staff, budgeting, and developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management
• Certification in healthcare administration or a related field (preferred)

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and management
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of quality assurance and patient safety
Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Experience in managing staff and external stakeholders
