Complete Division and/or Field Manager orientation, onboarding and training programs (e.g., construction scheduling, job site rules, safety, warranty, SWPPP)

Coordinate the completion of work as directed by manager

Gain knowledge and expertise in utilization of Pulte systems and processes including: Schedule, FPO, Dynamics 365

Learn the steps and build proficiency in the Build Quality Experience

Some construction experience or equivalent preferred

General knowledge of municipal permitting and regulations
