Overview The Assistant Commercial Account Manager is responsible for providing support to the Commercial Account Manager in the management of commercial accounts. This includes providing customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Commercial Account Manager is responsible for providing support to the Commercial Account Manager in the management of commercial accounts. This includes providing customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Assistant Commercial Account Manager will also be responsible for providing administrative support, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating activities. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in customer service or account management
• Knowledge of commercial account management
• Knowledge of banking and financial services
