Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related managerial work experience in Ophthalmology

Manages, directs and coordinates the work of staff engaged in performing duties in Ophthalmology Diagnostic Technologist or Excimer Program.

Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area

Knowledge of new technologies (in specific field) and maintain and stay abreast of updates and changes

Knowledge of ophthalmic environment and laboratory controls, methods, procedures and regulations

Knowledge of the anatomy of the anterior and posterior segment of the eye

Ideally 1-2 years of management experience in a retail environment.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Partners with Clinic Manager in meeting & exceeding revenue goals set for clinic.

Use KPIs and propose action plans to elevate client experience.

Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems.
