Overview The Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the CMO and the medical staff. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed Job Description The Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the CMO and the medical staff. This includes providing assistance with the day-to-day operations of the medical office, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining medical records. The Assistant to the CMO will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the medical staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support. Job Skills Required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
