Overview Assistant Case Managers are responsible for providing support to Case Managers in the management of cases. They assist in the development of case plans, provide support to clients, and help to ensure that clients receive the necessary services and resources. Detailed Job Description Assistant Case Managers are responsible for providing support to Case Managers in the management of cases. They assist in the development of case plans, provide support to clients, and help to ensure that clients receive the necessary services and resources. They also provide administrative support to Case Managers, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and preparing reports. Additionally, they may provide direct services to clients, such as providing information and referrals, and helping to coordinate services. Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in case management or social work
• Certification in case management or social work
