Strong organizational and time-management skills

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance

Minimum of five years accounting and/or audit experience; Big 4 experience strongly preferred

Oversee day to day accounting activities, such as A/P, A/R, GL as well as period-end close

Oversee all activities related to state and federal tax compliance and Big 4 audits

Provide supervision, training and mentoring to the Accounting Managers and Accounting

Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the property's efficiency, profitability, and productivity

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Monitor accounting processes and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency and achieve

Provide oversite of the monthly Accounting Workflow, including the weekly AP process, to ensure

Perform top-level review of monthly financial statements prepared by the accountants to ensure

Drive the territory to achieve continuous improvement through effective finance management and communication of the business’ key performance results

Be commercially aware, understanding and anticipating the needs of both operations and management

The role reports to the Sales Manager USC with a dotted line to the Divisional Finance Director

1+ years of experience in accounting required

Healthcare accounting experience is preferred
