Overview The Assistant Building Manager is responsible for assisting the Building Manager in the day-to-day operations of a building or facility. This includes providing administrative support, managing tenant relations, and ensuring the safety and security of the building. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Building Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the Building Manager. This includes maintaining tenant records, responding to tenant inquiries, and assisting with tenant move-ins and move-outs. The Assistant Building Manager is also responsible for managing tenant relations, ensuring the safety and security of the building, and providing customer service to tenants. The Assistant Building Manager may also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the building, as well as managing the budget and expenses. Job Skills Required
