Strong computer knowledge including Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel

Research global markets in order to identify new seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics, techniques, product categories and competitive inspiration.

Develop concepts and sketches for product line and advocate for design ideas by presenting to internal leadership and cross functional partners.

Influence strategy for product area, providing recommendations regarding seasonal themes and edits to line, ensuring product meets business and customer needs.

Build cross functional partnerships and consensus, identifying sketch callouts and communicating desired fit and aesthetic to cross functional team.

Knowledge of and experience with Browzwear 3D and Visulon Assortment programs a priority

Coordinate follow-up with internal and external customers and partners, including technical design, production, and vendors; manager interoffice communication

Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary

Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented

Extensive knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, silhouettes, color ways, sewing techniques, fabrication, and trim; familiarity with print design and manufacturing

3-5 year's experience in apparel design

Supervises student athletes to promote effective student learning through participation in athletic activities.

Follows district procedures for handling injuries.

Attends all district and building athletic meetings as called by building athletic director and/or district athletic director.

Performs related duties as assigned.

Demonstrated administrative and/or management experience.

A minimum of three years of Swimming & Diving coaching experience at the intercollegiate, club, or high school level.

Working knowledge of and ability to:

Work constructively and collaboratively in a diverse environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Three or more years of Division I Swimming & Diving and/or coaching experience (or international equivalent) highly desired.

Swimming pool service experience with residential and/or commercial pools.

Mechanical and/or maintenance experience with plumbing, pumps/motors, fittings and electrical.

At least 5 years experience
